1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using MindRise, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

2. Description of Service

MindRise provides productivity, habit tracking, daily planning, and focus tools to help users improve their daily routines. The service is provided "as is" and "as available".

3. User Accounts & Responsibilities

To access cloud synchronization and certain features, you may be required to create an account (e.g., using Google Sign-In). You are responsible for safeguarding your account access and for any activities or actions that occur under your account.

You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not interrupt, damage, or impair the service.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features of MindRise may be billed on a subscription basis ("Premium"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis depending on the subscription plan you choose.

• Payments are processed exclusively through the respective app stores (Google Play Billing or Apple App Store).
• You may cancel or manage your subscription at any time directly through your app store account settings.
• Refunds are handled entirely according to the policies of the platform (Google or Apple) where you purchased the subscription.

5. User Content & Intellectual Property

Your personal data and user-generated inputs (such as habits, daily plans, and journals) belong entirely to you. We claim no intellectual property rights over the material you provide to the service.

The service itself, including its original content, visual design, features, and functionality, are and will remain the exclusive property of MindRise and its licensors.

6. Third-Party Services

MindRise utilizes third-party services (such as Supabase for database hosting and RevenueCat for subscription management) to provide core functionality. Your use of the service is also subject to the acceptable use policies of these third-party providers.

7. Account Deletion

You may terminate or delete your account at any time. Instructions for account deletion are available within the app settings and on our Data Deletion page. Upon termination, your right to use the synchronized features of the service will immediately cease.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall MindRise, nor its developers, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.

9. Disclaimer

MindRise is a productivity and self-improvement tool. It is not intended to provide medical, psychological, or psychiatric advice. If you require medical attention or mental health support, please consult a qualified healthcare professional.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date on this page. By continuing to access or use our service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
